Recently Kanye West and his “Yeezus” Tour rolled into Newark, NJ, and of course the GoodFellaz were in the building! Held at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, Kanye performed his critically-acclaimed and controversial “Yeezus” show in front of over 20,000 screaming fans, and did not disappoint. Indeed, in my opinion, THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST CONCERTS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!
Yeezy performed many of his hits from “College Droput” to “Yeezus”, and his stage-show was impressive; he had giant retractable mountain on stage, a red-eyed ‘wolf’, a choir of dancing angels, and even ‘White Jesus’ came on stage to pray with Kanye before the intro of- you guessed it- “Jesus Walks”. During part of his show ‘Ye was even wearing a ‘iced-out’ mask and trench-coat a la “The Phantom of the Opera”. Of course during the show Kanye went off on one of his infamous ‘rants’, where he addressed everything from his so-called ‘beef’ with Drake, his new deal with Adidas, and he even took time to ‘diss’ Nike, Apple, and the cast of ‘Saturday Night Live’ as well.
