A New Miss America has been crowned! 23-year-old Miss Wisconsin Laura Kaeppeler won the Miss America pageant in Las Vegas on Saturday January 15th after wowing the judges in a white bikini and black beaded evening gown, singing opera and answering questions about politics.
The smokin’ hot Ms. Kaeppeler was chosen by a panel of 7 judges during a live telecast on ABC, where she beat out hot chicks from all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The newly crowned Miss America will now spend the next year touring the country to speak to different groups and raising money for organizations including the Children’s Miracle Network, which is the Miss America Organization’s official charity.
