Who would ever imagine that a traffic jam could look this good!
Check out the GoodFellaz TV ‘Hot Chick of the Week’, super-sexy traffic reporter Demetria Obilor aka #TrafficBae. The 26 year old Ms. Obilor is the traffic anchor for ABC-affiliate WFAA Channel 8 in Dallas, Texas, and recently became an internet sensation after being ‘body-shamed’ on Facebook for having- believe it or not- too much body!
Originally hailing from Las Vegas, the Nigerian-American beauty went to college at the University of Kansas, where she worked as a multimedia journalist and anchor for the campus news station, KUJH-TV. After graduating she started working full-time as the traffic reporter at KSHB-TV in Kansas City, Mo., and after several years she eventually transferred to her current home at Channel 8 in Dallas.
Since then the super-thick traffic reporter has built a huge following in her local area- apparently too huge (pun intended, lol). It seems as if Demetria was just too sexy for some people- recently a viewer of the Channel 8 News left a comment on their Facebook page with this to say:
However the body-shaming post went viral and sparked outrage across the ‘net; with many people from all across the country (and world) speaking up to show her support, including celebrities like Chance the Rapper and Gabrielle Union. Since then #TrafficBae has become an internet sensation, ‘trending’ on social media and many other news outlets as well.
