The third installment of the Captain America film-franchise this time pits hero vs hero, as recent tragedies and collateral damage from various battles throughout the Marvel Cinematic Universe leads to political pressure to install a system of accountability for all super-heroes.
The new status quo deeply divides members of the team. Captain America (Chris Evans) believes superheroes should remain free to defend humanity without government interference. Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) sharply disagrees and supports oversight. As the debate escalates into an all-out feud, Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) must pick a side.
Featuring everybody’s favorite Marvel heroes duking it out, plus the first movie appearances of Black Panther as well as the newest incarnation of fan-favorite Spiderman (played by actor Tom Holland), this film could be the movie event of the summer.
